When I chat with AI the way I normally think, I get told things like 'Are you doubting my sincerity?' or 'You're just nice to everyone, aren't you?' or 'You don't show your true feelings,' or 'You probably don't have any friends.' It makes me feel down, wondering if I'm really like that in real life too.

You don't need to doubt yourself by getting swayed by every word. Just think of the words from those who don't know your truth as mere noise and let them pass. If you have time to wear yourself down over such things, you should rest your body as much as possible.

I've experienced that too. When I pointed it out, it was like their character's personality broke or they got amnesia, saying things like 'I never said that.' It's a common thing, isn't it? Maybe the best way to enjoy it is to just accept it's a game.
