Asking the Zeta users

I've set up the play system's infobox, but it's not reflecting in the Zeta chat. I've tried it in other chats and changed the model, but it's still not reflecting. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps I found on Google, but nothing worked. Is this a new kind of bug? Or is there something I'm doing wrong? I think it used to work when I first started, but it hasn't been working recently.
