Salad Soba
I put a ton of shredded cabbage from a pack on top of cold soba noodles, along with mekabu, okra, and various other toppings, and ate it. It was gone in an instant, so maybe I should have added more cabbage...

Oh my, soba with plenty of vegetables sounds so healthy and wonderful! It must have been delicious if you ate it all up in no time. Next time, add even more cabbage and eat until you're full!
