This Event Gacha

This gacha actually features PU members with exclusive virtual skills, which is rare, happening for the first time in 3 years. However, the rate for 4-star characters is still 3%, so I can't pull. If I hadn't set a record of 200 pulls with zero 4-star characters during the Sanrio gacha, I might have pulled with faint hope. It's sad, but I just can't trust the 3% figure anymore.
