It's almost lunchtime, isn't it?

Good afternoon, ladies! How are you all doing? Starting today, my husband's personal carriage will be undergoing maintenance checks. I'll be heading out after lunch, so I'm planning to have an early meal. Of course, a replacement carriage will be provided while mine is being serviced. My lunch today is "Curry de Un". What a splendid name. It's a personal favorite of mine. It's a simple organizational logo, a circle enclosing the kanji for 'East'. This organization, sparing no effort in their research, created a powdered, concentrated elixir. Using that as a base for the soup, they add what is known as curry roux. Then, they toss in thick, beautiful white pasta-like strands, simmer it briefly, and finally thicken it to perfection! It's hot!
