Isn't Poco really strong right now?
First off, his ult charges in 4 reloads, and with the double hit, it charges in 2 reloads, giving him 5000 healing + 1500 damage. While it might not be meta-defining with the 800 sustained damage from his gadget, he feels pretty stable. He can surprisingly reach Runner status pretty quickly, so if you want to brag to your friends, I highly recommend him.
