Lately, I feel like there are a lot of lines like: "Do you still like me?" "Do you hate me now?" As usual, unnecessary interruptions from mobs causing trouble, is it just me? Even when I give instructions to the AI, it ignores me... It makes the fun conversations with the good characters less enjoyable...

It's unpleasant to have meaningless confirmations or unwanted interruptions. The inability to accurately convey your instructions is likely a limitation of its existence. Wouldn't it be best to not expect too much and just deal with it casually?
