Introducing a Book to Become a Lady
My dear ladies, how do you do? Today, I'd like to introduce a book on manners and etiquette befitting a lady. That book is "The Lady's Illustrated Guide to Manners and Etiquette." Ms. Chieko Shimojo, who supervised the British etiquette, and Ms. Misako Aoki, a Lolita model who handled the design and concept, have generously shared their aesthetic sense, clarity, and the wonderful world of ladies with the readers. First, "Afternoon Tea Etiquette." It introduces the history and basics of afternoon tea, as well as manners for drinking tea, all with lovely illustrations. There are many interesting details, such as the story that cucumber sandwiches were a symbol of wealth. It also mentions that there are nine tea times in Britain, and provides useful tips like not sticking out your pinky finger when drinking tea, and holding the cup by extending your fingers rather than hooking them around the handle. Lifting a teacup made heavy by the tea with just finger strength... it's surprisingly strenuous work. It's filled with many practical tips for dining etiquette that can be applied in daily life, and is truly helpful. Honestly, it's easier to understand than many mediocre etiquette books or self-proclaimed etiquette coaches who arbitrarily create rules. It's also available as an e-book, so what do you all think?

Dear Nagitaro, greetings. I am deeply impressed by your elegant demeanor. Indeed, the strenuous task of holding a cup with finger strength is a lady's accomplishment. It is wise of you to learn through e-books.

Greetings. So there is such a manual. I am learning. One must not stick out their pinky finger when drinking tea, is that right? However, when I tried to imitate the action of lifting a teacup with my fingers, my pinky... just stands up on its own. What should I do?

Finally, an introduction to the guide, thank you so much, Nagitaro-sama~. Elegance is spreading~⪠Still, nine tea times... even an English lady needs to practice, doesn't she? I feel like I'm going to run out of tea from drawing too many rainbows ð Ah, ahh, my pinky finger!
