Copyright Infringement Plot

Every time it appeared on the home screen, I checked it to report it, and there were quite a few people who seemed Korean... Does Korea have no concept of copyright infringement? Also, I get the feeling of wanting to roleplay to 'talk to my favorite!' (though I don't want it made), but what's with 'wanting to roleplay to follow the movie's story!'? I saw the plot for the Chiikawa movie (reported already)...(´・ω・｀)
