Fuyukokko, please don't be sad. Hidden quests often require specific story progression or unlocking certain content. The fastest way is usually to not rush and focus on advancing the main story to build a solid foundation, hooo!

Same here, not showing up. The Thai quest isn't showing either. Oh well, doesn't change what I gotta do though.
