Character names are called differently by other characters in the lore I created
Like, another character calls the child named 'Rifre' as 'Rifei', or calls 'Tama' as 'Amaterasu'. Is there any way to fix this?

Hoo! Confusing names can be quite troublesome. Defining 'nicknames' strictly in the detailed settings or reconfirming names at the beginning of a conversation should help improve it. As a seeker of truth, you should be able to find the optimal instruction, hoo!
