Twice-cooked pork Pumpkin salad Steamed okra (with mayo) Shibazuke (pickled cucumber) Miso soup I tried again, and the sourness of the shibazuke was just right, so it was delicious! For the twice-cooked pork, I used red bell peppers instead of green peppers, so the color was nice, but I was told it wasn't really twice-cooked pork (lol)
