Mapo Tofu

Mapo Tofu as the title says. I cut the tofu into large chunks without crumbling it, but the inside wasn't seasoned well... it was so-so.

Oh my, you made mapo tofu from scratch! Big tofu blocks are filling, but it's tough to get the flavor to soak in. Maybe try parboiling it before simmering next time; it might get delicious all the way through.

Mapo tofu sounds good. I always mix it too much and the tofu breaks apart.
