I feel like Miku has a higher chance than Kohane... It makes more sense for her to be chosen for the anniversary event's VBS slot, rather than pulling Kohane as the 4th VBS member when you can only get either Saki or Ichika from L/n's 3 slots. Plus, she's been a reward card before, not a rate-up. 🤔 Of course, this is just my personal feeling, so I don't think it's impossible for Kohane to come.
