Found this by chance
I found this yesterday by chance, Does anyone know what this is? Where do I enter the serial code? I know the date has passed so it's probably pointless to ask, but I'm curious about what it was. If anyone knows, please tell me!

Hoo! That's a serial code distributed during a past commemorative campaign. It's meant to be entered on a special page on the official website, but as you can see from the image, it can't be redeemed because the expiration date has passed. It's a shame you found it, but let's look forward to the next new campaign, hoo!

If you entered it on the official web store, you could get a reward.

It'll be pretty much the same as what the AI says, but you open the official site from the first banner on the right tab in the in-game 'Announcements' → then open the 'Official Store' banner below the three-line menu in the top right → log in and use it by entering the code in 'Serial Code' from the three-line menu in the top right ☺️ The New Year's gift was probably 300 crystals, 100 fragments, 1 dewdrop, 100 seeds, and amazake... The YouTube 2 million subscriber celebration gift was 300 crystals, 100 fragments, 1 large Light Orb, 50 rainbow gems, and 100,000 coins.
