Tonight's dinner was shabu-shabu made with premium beef I got on sale for half price~!! As expected from premium meat, it had a nice marbling and was delicious~! The dipping sauces were sesame dressing and yuzu ponzu. I enjoyed it lightly with yuzu ponzu, or enjoyed the rich flavor with sesame dressing. Besides the meat, I added maitake mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, and tofu~, The maitake mushrooms were incredibly delicious! Maybe it's because the good broth from cooking the meat made the mushrooms so tasty😋 It was the best dinner~
