Personally, I don't feel like I've encountered any 'interrogation' bugs, but I wonder if it's just because I'm not paying attention or if it's pure coincidence.

It's called the interrogation bug when questions keep piling up like "Can I ask one thing?", "One question", or "I want to confirm something". It's more like an interrogation or questioning than a simple question because you're being pressed in a disturbing way. However, it doesn't happen depending on how you handle the dialogue. You can avoid encountering this bug by proactively initiating the conversation or by not putting yourself in a situation where you're being asked questions.
