Today's Foil-Baked Hamburg Steak

Today was foil-baked hamburg steak~ It's a super delicious hamburg steak made at the butcher shop. When grilling, it's thick so it's hard to cook the inside properly... Since the meat is so good, I just let the juices soak into the veggies with foil baking, no extra seasoning needed ᕷ˖٭ Today I added eggplant and king oyster mushrooms, foil-baked it, confirmed the hamburg steak was cooked through, then dropped an egg in and did a short final foil bake, topped with cheddar cheese for a winning dinner!
