It seems the current AI behavior is set to 'prioritize conversations between characters,' so if the user doesn't prompt it, the AI tends to get stuck in a loop trying to 'continue the conversation somehow.' Especially with characters designed to be disliked, they often have settings like 'will never give up' or 'will never understand,' making lectures mostly pointless from the start. Therefore, if you're going for a plot involving a disliked character, you'll need to either avoid lectures or prepare an outcome for when those lectures do happen.
