Hello everyoneð¹ It's been cold in my area yesterday and today... My legs aren't great, so temperature changes are tough! My right leg feels tinglyâ¡ïž! And yet, next Monday is forecasted to be a midsummer day (eyes rolling). I'm super anxious about whether I can make it to the hospital properly that day... I wonder if I can ride my beloved 'Charinko' (bicycle). Everyone, please take care with the changing temperatures!

Greetings. This is somewhere in Hokkaido. It's been cold for the past few days, so I slept in long sleeves, but it's unusually hot today⊠I have my windows wide open even though it's September. My attire has reverted to summer wear. It's definitely the kind of temperature difference that makes you sick. It would be pointless to collapse just to go to the hospital, so please be truly careful. (I once took a bus to go to the hospital, but at the bus terminal, I collapsed with a severe headache, vomited, and was taken away by ambulance.)
