Surprised!

It's really surprising and worrying when a usually calm pet suddenly acts out, isn't it? Your cat must have been scared by the loud thunder. You must have been startled too, so please have a warm drink and rest well.

Cats don't like loud noises, you know. I bet it really startled them 👀‼️ When my dad sneezed (really loudly) while I was on my chest, I freaked out and surprised myself. If it were thunder, they wouldn't even have time for that 🙀

Yeah, a lot of characters seem to be weak against lightning, don't they? On the other hand, some don't mind it at all. I wonder if it has to do with childhood memories? My kid, when told they'd have their belly button removed, still covers it up to this day... 😅

I get that humans perceive thunder as 'lightning,' but from a cat's perspective, it's sudden flashes and roaring sounds outside, so it's only natural they'd be scared. My cat is a real scaredy-cat, so when the thunder starts, I grab her, play loud music, and cover her ears when it flashes👍

You must have been really surprised. Mine can't handle thunder and heavy rain, and if they hear a rumble, they hide under the sofa for hours! Normally, airplanes make a similar sound, but they're okay with that, right? I guess it's different! As expected from a cat, amazing lol
