Looking for recommendations
Among these, are there any characters I should level up to 60 or 50? Besides the ones marked with a star (☆). (I've added Black Lunos because some might be concerned it's overflowing the slots.) I'm currently about 9 stages before Darwin... I have Cat's Eyes, but I'm a bit unsure whether to wait for a pull or to level up. I'm not great at PS, and I've only been playing the smartphone version for about a year...

I think you should go with strong ones for the fourth form, or those that transform with Ultra Instinct!

Personally, I like Nekomachine and Noir and recommend them (high defense and wave stopper). Manbow, as a novelty pick, can also be fun depending on how you use it(?).

I recommend Princess Kaguya! It's probably the 4th form I use the most.

I recommend Emma! I use her on my alt account, and she becomes incredibly tough once she's level 60 and her HP Instinct is unlocked.
