My dad's birthday (a little early) Sushi, crab soup, cucumber with dried sardines, and boiled purple perilla (No cake because of his diabetes) I found and gifted him the Russian black bread he'd been wanting, and he was so happy. I'll buy more for you later~

Happy birthday! ðð There's also something called a "rice cake" that people with diabetes can eat~ It's sushi made to look like a cake, so it works unless you don't like seafood ð
