[Horror] The White Hand

This is a story I told the kids at noon when they begged me for one 🌹 This is a made-up story I experienced── "The White Hand" Has anyone ever experienced a moment where all signs of presence around you suddenly vanish? My estate might be in the boonies, but it faces a small thoroughfare, the kind where cars pass by every five minutes. At that moment, I thought, "Oh my, not a single car is passing by," and then I realized that even the sounds of animals and insects had disappeared. It was as if I were the only person left in the world. Looking around, I saw something pale white emerging from the ground. Upon closer inspection, it looked like hands. "Ew... what is that?" I exclaimed, startled, and then they reached out towards me. Caught off guard, I was grabbed. I desperately struggled to break free from them, which were grabbing at me one after another, and ran for dozens of meters. Perhaps they gave up, as the hands slowly retreated and then disappeared back into the ground.
