Nail trimming was a success!!!
This is a 2-year-old ginger tabby cat that was officially adopted 3 months ago, and I started practicing holding her this month. When she seems to be in a good mood, I scoop her up from behind and have her sit on my lap for just a moment. Recently, she's been staying on my lap for longer periods, so today I decided to try trimming her nails while she was there. As a result, she started struggling halfway through and ran away...🥲︎ But I managed to trim all the nails on her left front paw and 3 on her right front paw! I'm happy about this progress. The photo shows her cuddling with the resident calico cat (9 years old) after running away. (By the way, she's started running away whenever she sees me 😭 Sorry! 😭)
