[Declaration Complete] Radio calisthenics done! 🌹
Even if I totally forget, declaring it to others helps me remember, which is great~! I feel like my completion rate increases compared to when I don't declare it✨ So, following the example of other ladies, I declared my "Radio Calisthenics" and successfully completed it~! As expected, I forgot once, but it's easier to recall when it's written down🤭 Well then, have a wonderful day today too🤍 ٩(🌹˃ ᵕ ˂🌹)وｪｨｪｨｫｰﾃﾞｽﾜ🪑

Radio calisthenics 🤸 A healthy morning~(*´∀｀) I tried doing it slowly on purpose, and my whole body is creaking♪ It plays a sound that feels historical 😅
