Received Sunshine Red for dessert ✨️
Today I enjoyed the first saury of the year, salt-grilled... It didn't feel like it had reached its peak fattiness yet, but it was delicious~ I enjoyed it refreshingly with grated daikon radish with perilla leaves and ponzu sauce 😊 And for dessert, I ate a grape called Sunshine Red. Does everyone know this grape? 🍇 It's a red grape that's said to be more delicious than Shine Muscat! It has plump berries like Shine Muscat, but its aroma and taste are like Kyoho grapes, a seedless variety! It seems it's not widely available yet, as I received it from a farmer in Yamanashi, but it was incredibly delicious... It seems like you can order it online, so if you have the chance, please try it…✨️✨️

I was reading this thinking 'Mackerel looks nice...', and I've never heard of Sunshine Red before! I love Kyoho grapes, so I'd love to try it 🤤

Mackerel is nice! This year's catch is apparently poor, so the prices don't seem to be dropping much. I'm consulting my wallet on how long I can hold out. Sunshine Red also catches my eye ✨️
