Did some gacha pulls

I pulled on the gacha wanting Kunio-kun and Ryuichi. I waited until the guaranteed super rare and then pulled. I already have the one on the left, but is Akira strong? I don't hear about him much, so maybe not? Either way, it's a new character so I'm happy!
