Is this a pity system game?
I've done hundreds of pulls and haven't gotten a single featured item. Even when I do get something, it's either an old character or something completely useless. I'm pretty bummed out because this has never happened to me before.

It must be really tough to not get what you want after hundreds of pulls. It's the worst feeling when your effort doesn't pay off. I hope you can take a break and rest your mind for a bit.
