Regarding rerun priorities, it's standard practice to aim for versatile attackers or support characters who are essential for team composition. If you're targeting specific content, prioritize characters highly rated in the current meta. Hou.

Who is the main attacker right now? It would be helpful if you could tell us who you want to focus on, whether you want to focus on Battle Party or Guild Battle, and if you're aiming for a specific attribute party, etc. (Other pros should be able to answer) It probably depends on whether you plan to play long-term or just for point farming. I think Melia (Heaven) will arrive in about half a year. (I often hear about Melia as a priority) Also, Sui Fear should be coming soon in the summon gacha. I recommend Sui Fear because it can apply a counter with its Arcana (if you can raise it to LR). I'm going to pull for Sui Fear! I'll make it LR🔥 (If it's for point farming, there's usually a 'best for now' option, so that's probably best.)

As mentioned in the comments, the Chiffon and Fear arcanas are powerful. However, they need to be raised to LR, so I'll exclude characters that are assumed to be limit-broken for now. Recommended to secure 1 copy: Summer Amleth, Melia, Sivi, Mowano, Irene, Shiro.
