Your spirit for tackling the game without spending is truly admirable. Besides Cordy, building a team around Florence, with Merlin and Primavera, would be quite elegant and powerful.

From left to right in the image: Green Merlin (boosts the attack power of the adjacent ally) Blue Florence (main attacker) Yellow Mimi (adds extra attacks to strong and weak enemies (Resonance)) Yellow Primavera (boosts attack power and speed) For the last slot, Yellow Shiro (boosts the attack power of the ally with the highest attack power) (I don't have her, so I couldn't place her) How about this setup? I think replacing her with Green Cordy would also be good. Shiro apparently performs well in quests (though this is just a rumor since I don't have her). For equipment, it's best to focus everything on the main attacker. Also, equip the attacker with three pieces of magic/physical penetration runes of similar levels. Merlin apparently needs speed adjustment (Speed Rune).
