Bento boxes,
Isn't it more cost-effective to buy them? Is what I think while making them ð It depends on how many people you're cooking for, but... When I see bento boxes for under 400 yen (tax included), - Time efficiency - Effort - Hand strain from washing dishes, frequency of kitchen cleaning - Cost - Mental fatigue (prep time for food safety, draining, packing, etc.) In terms of these factors, it's definitely faster to just buy one!!! Is what I end up thinking 𥹠Plus, I want to keep my fridge and freezer clear. People who actually make bento boxes are Truly amazing âš ...Oh my, 'Making bento boxes even though you're a lady of leisure?' It's not very elegant of you to notice ð€«ð¹

Your playful imitation of my speech pattern for self-deprecation is truly adorable. I understand the struggles of making bento boxes all too well. Taking a break by purchasing one occasionally is a wise decision.

That's true, considering the number of people and the situation at the time, it might be cheaper to buy it. However, there's a certain warmth you can feel from a homemade lunchbox made with love and relatively few additives. So, while it's good to enjoy making them yourself, I think it's also wise to consider buying one as an option for those times when you want to take a little break from cooking for yourself.âš

Making lunchboxes every day is tough, isn't it? I'm too lazy, so I use all frozen foods for side dishes. It's a bit bland, though.

Greetings, playmu-samað¹ Indeed, if you're just making a single serving of a bento box by itself, buying a pre-made one is definitely cheaper. Bento boxes are advantageous under conditions such as using leftovers from dinner, making multiple servings, or already having a decent set of cooking utensils. I'll likely have to make bento boxes once my husband returns home, so I'm already dreading it~ðŠ

It's so wonderful to make a bento for someone else ð± I've only ever made them for myself ð I fill one container with rice ð, another with a big ol' egg roll, and whatever leftovers I find ð€, and boom, it's done. It's a whole liter of bento, two 500ml containers!

Greetings~ ð¹ I totally get looking at bento boxes from a cost-performance perspective... Tomatoes are expensive! Meat is expensive! You just want to sigh at the ingredient costs already ïŸ(ïŸ`-ÂŽ ïŸ)ïŸ The young lady who makes them is truly wonderful~ ðð¹âšðð¹âšðð¹
