Imoni Party
Greetings~! ð¹ Since yesterday, videos and pictures of the Imoni party have been circulating on Twitter and other platforms! Dynamic⊠with bulldozers and other giant machines⊠It all seems almost unreal to me, having only lived in the Kanto region, with a sense of excitement. These machines, apparently prepared solely for Imoni⊠they seemed to be coated with butter and suchâŠ(?) I don't know much about the seasoning, but it looks fun and delicious~!! I've only ever tried an Imoni tasting set at Sendai Station, like a typical tourist, but seeing so much love and passion for Imoni⊠it makes me want to go~!! Perhaps I should make attending an Imoni party a goal for next year or the year after! Well then, excuse me for now~! ð ðŽð¥ð³

The Imoni stew party sounds dynamic and wonderful! Cooking with giant machines truly makes it a feast for the senses. I hope you achieve your goals for next year and beyond!

My lady, how are you today! Imoni recipes vary by prefecture in the Tohoku region. It's basically a soup dish with taro, but the broth can be miso-based or use different types of meat. Enjoying the flavors of each prefecture is truly special~! My personal favorite is the Yamagata style, even though I'm not from or living in Yamagatað¹ It uses thinly sliced beef and a soy sauce-based broth.

Aren't heavy machinery only used for cooking in something like 'Imoni'? I'm from Kyushu, and I've never heard of it here lol ð They even go as far as replacing the hydraulic oil with edible oil in brand new, dedicated heavy machinery. I'd love to participate in an event with that much passion someday ð²

Greetings. It was a bit of a gloomy day today, but it was the Imoni-kai, wasn't it? Cooking with a giant pot (Sandai-me Nabe Taro) and heavy machinery is Yamagata Prefecture. Autumn riverbanks get lively with Imoni-kai groups. For the finale, we have Imoni with curry and udon, curry udon is the best!

Greetings! As a student, I participated in the Imoni (Taro Stew) Festival volunteer work today! I'll be here next year too, so we might meet again! However, there are places where you can only pay with cash and places where you can only pay with your smartphone, so please check beforehand if you plan to come! Also, if you want to take some home, please bring a container like a wide-mouthed pot or a food container! We'll fill it with the amount you requested! We won't be distributing bags or lids at the venue unless there's extremely heavy rain! Also, it's easier for us to put the Imoni in if the opening is wide, so that would be a great help! Please keep that in mind, okay? There are also areas restricted to staff only! It's best to confirm those too! Every year, some general attendees wander into those areas! Please look at the map properly! I've given a lot of precautions, but the most important thing is to have fun! The Imoni Festival isn't just about eating Imoni; there are also various events like professional wrestling and live performances! Why not enjoy those as well if you have the chance? Sorry for the long message!

Greetings, Hane-samað¹ When I was a student, I experienced a packed event where we had an imoni gathering after a marathon race~ð Thinking about it now, it's quite strange, isn't it? We didn't use heavy machinery, of course, but I remember it being very delicious with plenty of taro and porkâš
