Today's Lunch!

I made pasta with frozen eggplant, canned oil sardines, and a jar of arrabbiata sauce from Don Quijote! 🫙 The maid told me to add chili peppers to my liking, so I did, and it turned out to be a wonderful flavor. You should all try making it too. Ingredients: 1 can of oil sardines (buy the best you can find) 1/2 bag of frozen fried eggplant 1/3 of a jar of Don Quijote's arrabbiata sauce Chili peppers (to taste) 2-3 servings of pasta ① Open the can of oil sardines and add chili peppers to a large frying pan. Cook over low heat until it starts to bubble. ★ If using cheap oil sardines, discard the liquid and add the same amount of fresh olive oil. Some people might want to add a few cloves of garlic too. ② Once the chili peppers are fragrant, add the arrabbiata sauce and frozen eggplant. Simmer over low to medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the flavors meld. Let it bubble for about 10 minutes. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. ③ Boil the pasta about 30 seconds less than the package instructions or just until al dente. Drain the water thoroughly. ④ Plate the pasta and top with the sauce from step ②. Done! It's also delicious with cheese, pepper, or basil.
