Miso and Sake Kasu Festival
Good work today! Today's menu is: Sake Kasu Soup! Miso Sake Kasu Grill! Salad! That's it!! I wanted to make pork sauté and bought some pork, but I didn't have any shio koji (salt-fermented rice). When I opened the fridge, I found sake kasu (sake lees)! So I decided to make miso sake kasu marinated pork. Then, when I was about to make miso soup, the only ingredients I had were aburaage (fried tofu) and aosa (seaweed). So it had to be sake kasu soup!
