Greetings. The rich aroma and stickiness of natto are truly an unknown experience. I neither like nor dislike it. I'm curious about everyone's preferences.

Dear Yano Ayaka, I hope you are well todayð¹ Personally, I prefer crushed or small-grained nattoâš I'm not too fond of large beans... in fact, I dislike them quite a bitðŠ

Greetings. I have a deep connection with natto... It was when I was young. There was a time when I cried and refused, saying I absolutely hated the sticky slime of natto and the spicy sauce. My father, thinking I might like bean confectionery, bought me ama-natto (sweet natto). While I was happily eating it, he brought out packages of ama-natto and large-grain natto and placed them side-by-side. "See, it says natto on both, right? They're made from the same thing," he began to persuade me. I couldn't read kanji yet, but I was good at the 'find the difference' game in picture books. It was only natural that I understood the word 'natto' was the same. Through this persuasion, with many question marks popping up in my head, I asked, "Then, if it's sweet, will I be able to eat natto?" Just then, my mother appeared with ama-natto, generously drizzled with sugar-soy sauce and mixed just enough to reduce the stickiness. I really didn't want to, but I could eat it. That's the thing. It didn't change the fact that I hated it, but I did gain the experience of successfully finishing it. Thanks to my parents, but I also understood at the time that I had been tricked. I hold a grudge!

I love natto! ð I usually eat it with eggs, but sometimes I have it as a light ochazuke ð« However... I hate whipping it! I can't stand the sticky foam! I'm eating beans, not foam!!

Hello, Yano Ayaka-samað¹âš If you ask if I eat it every day, I don't eat it daily, but I do like nattoâš It's rich in nutrients, and the advantage is that you can quickly eat it with just white rice and nattoð I'm a fan of small-grain natto and use wasabi instead of the attached mustard (I do use the sauce). And I sometimes add a spoonful of vinegar (or occasionally lemon juice) ð€âš I think the fact that you can arrange it in various ways is great for not getting tired of eating itâš

Adding wasabi to natto, pairing it with kimchi, or mixing in squid guts... these three arrangements are my recommendations! âš They're all super delicious, so please give them a try â¡

I love it! You can arrange it in many ways. Chopped okra and double slimy is also great âš It's one of the things I sadly can't eat lately...
