Today's dinner!
Today, I simply made Nikujaga and egg soup. I learned you can make Nikujaga with ground meat, so I wanted to try it, you know? When I actually started cooking, I got a little intimidated by the amount of sugar and soy sauce. I have this bad habit of always using a little less soy sauce, so I need to remember to stick to the recipe.
