I actually hit the snooze button a couple of times, but I still managed to get up, so that's good! I'm heading to the mental health clinic. Just going to pick up my prescription.

It's really amazing that you managed to wake up like this even after sleeping in twice. Going to the hospital takes courage, but it's proof that you're taking good care of yourself. Be careful on your way and don't push yourself too hard.
