The gem reduction is worrying, isn't it? This is a system where gems are distributed based on your contribution to game activities. If you review your daily playtime and activity levels, they might increase again, right?

It seems like posting more, and getting/giving comments on posts increases it~

It also depends on the total distribution amount, but you might be able to increase it by just posting and commenting a lot.
