About Hidden Quest Level 14

I completed the hidden quest but can't receive it... I've contacted support, but I wonder if I won't get it... For some reason, it's not showing up in my inquiry history...

In the end, I contacted support and got a reply like "We've confirmed completion, so please claim it!"... But the hidden quest had already disappeared, so I couldn't claim it... I followed up with another inquiry asking for help since I couldn't claim it, but I haven't heard back...

The admins responded, the hidden quest reappeared, and I was able to safely receive the clear reward!! Gems are precious. I'm sorry to the admins, but I persisted to get the clear reward. Thank you.
