Company Cafeteria Bento

The company cafeteria bento was 'Niigata Tare Katsu (menu name)'. The sauce tasted a bit unusual, I wonder if it's because the sauce is from Niigata? I wasn't sure myself, but it was delicious. There were also fried dumplings with only cheese filling as a side dish, and that was delicious too.
