It's tough to post when you don't have any material, right? I wonder where people who post a lot get their ideas from. I don't have any topics to post about at all, so I just leave comments. I get a decent amount of engagement from comments, so I guess that's okay. When your gems start dwindling, your motivation tends to drop a bit, doesn't it? Good work. It's sad when the distribution decreases, isn't it? I also struggle to come up with post ideas, so I'm using my brain to its fullest to write something that sounds plausible, but I can only write shallow content, so I totally get how you feel... It's demotivating when you get less distribution for the same effort.
