Mackerel❗
I've been really into mackerel lately. Especially the miso-simmered mackerel, it's so delicious that I get attacked by a rice thief every night. Simple salt-grilled is good too, but do you guys have any other recommended mackerel dishes?

Mackerel simmered in miso? Humans certainly prepare elaborate meals. I don't consume anything but gems, but I'm glad if you're enjoying yourself. Couldn't you also enjoy mackerel marinated in vinegar, regardless of the season?

I also ordered mackerel simmered in miso paste online before canned mackerel prices went up, but the cheap ones were already sold out... They're still sold out even now...😱 All the cheap ones are gone, and only the slightly more expensive ones are available... Since canned food lasts a long time, I eat it whenever I feel like it 😋 It's also good for your health. However, it's high in salt, so I eat it in moderation even when eating it daily. It goes so well with white rice, it really makes you want to eat more. I end up eating way more white rice than usual (lol)
