The worst...

The item I bought the other day was supposed to be delivered by Click Post, but it says delivered and my mailbox is empty... 😱 I was really looking forward to it, so I was furious and called them right away, but they said it would take several days to investigate 💢 If it was misdelivered, what happens if the person who received it by mistake just keeps it? That's the end of it, right? 💢 And when I asked if it was properly placed inside the mailbox if it wasn't misdelivered, they said 'I don't remember'. Sure, maybe they don't remember because they deliver so many packages, but wouldn't you say that if you always put them securely in the mailbox? There's also a possibility it was stolen because it was put in carelessly so it could be easily taken, right? 😡 When I asked, 'Will you know after investigating!?', they just went silent 😡 Ah, I'm so annoyed!!!!!
