Favorite Yakitori Skewer
What's your favorite part of a yakitori skewer? Personally, I like the 'skin' (kawa). Even more specifically, I like the 'tare' (sauce) version of the 'skin'.

For yakitori, it's gotta be salted cartilage! That crunchy texture is so addictive ( *ÂŽèžïœ) Next up is salted negima (chicken and leek skewers) ⺠I think sauce is the devil's work (lol) Maybe I've just grown to dislike sauce... I used to love the skin the most, but that's changed. I used to eat the skin with sauce, though.
