I'm not keeping up with the bulletin board specs... What's the point of making a bulletin board for one person? If it's convenient, I'd like to copy it, but what's it for...?

Hmm, well, for community distribution, you need at least 10 participants, so I really don't know what the single-player use is for... Maybe it's for venting on a locked X account...? Or if you're going to use 1000 hearts, it feels like you could just do it on X...?
