Does anyone else get confused about whether to pronounce 'osteoporosis' as 'otsukusosho-sho' or 'otsukusho-sho' when saying it in Japanese? Or is it just me,

The correct answer is 'kotsusho-sho'. If you connect it as 'sosho', it's easy to remember because it sounds like 'arai', right?
