Still construction work on Saturday, huh...
This week involves foundation work with concrete pouring, so four cars are parked here and I can't get my car out. They did send out a notice during public works saying to use coin parking and they'd cover the cost, but since there's no such notice now, I guess I have the right to have them move? Seriously though, having my weekend day ruined like this is a huge pain...

My neighborhood is also residential, but when that happens, there's a resident who often honks their horn repeatedly, like 'Beep beep!' because it's annoying! I also have the impression that construction workers usually just say 'Excuse me~' and get them to move.

Basically, if you talk to the people on site, they'll come right away. If it's a public works project, the government office is in charge, so if a complaint comes in, it gets really troublesome 😅 If there are 4 vehicles there, there should be a security guard, so try saying a word to them.
