This flu is killing me...
Last Friday, the kid sitting behind me was coughing, so I thought, 'Maybe I caught a cold.' But it wasn't just a cold; my fever hit over 39°C (102.2°F) on Sunday. I thought, 'I'll be fine if I just rest for a day,' but then I was hit by chills. Even though it's still hot season, I couldn't sleep without a thick blanket. I skipped school on Monday and went to the hospital for a test. It turned out to be Influenza A, not COVID. I was relieved it wasn't COVID... but I still felt sluggish all day and rested. My mom and I were talking, saying, 'You won't be able to go back by Friday,' and while I was resting and studying... It turned out the whole class was closed until Friday. It ended up being a longer break than I expected. Some people might say, 'That's enviable,' but I wasn't feeling well the whole time. I wanted to hang out, but the fatigue and cough lingered, making it quite tough. Everyone, please be careful of people coughing around you.
