[Urgent Request] How to find my Amazon package
Today was my scheduled Amazon delivery day. I just got home and checked my email, and it says it was delivered (there was even a photo of where they left it), but I can't find the package anywhere... I've looked around the usual spots but nothing. I wonder where it could have gone? I was out all day, but I've never heard of a package just disappearing... Could a neighbor have mistakenly taken it? I've tried everything Amazon's help section suggested, but it didn't work. If anyone knows how to deal with this, please let me know.

I think the quickest way is to first inform customer service that the package is missing. If you tell them you received an email saying the package arrived but the item wasn't there when you got home, they'll check your order history, and things should move smoothly from there.

Since you even took pictures, it's probably theft. I guess leaving packages at the door really does have that kind of risk. But it's good that you got a refund processed.
